Return story mission The Atlas Path
I completed the Atlas Path mission and received the StarSeed. After that, the task appeared in the Atlas mission - to find the Black Hole. After I flew into it and made the transition, as if through a wormhole, the Atlas Path mission disappeared in the Journal. But then, after a number of warp jumps, the Path of the Atlas mission reappeared in the Journal, with the task of finding the Atlas interface!
Is this a bug? Is she going to stay like that now? or will disappear-appear?

This is normal but you're in the next galaxy. There's a lexicon to learn for the Atlas, so you could repeat the quest until that's complete. I'm not even sure if we're meant to complete the Atlas path 16 times in 16 different galaxies for completion, although I'm sure someone will have tried.
It's clear. That is, this mission is now displayed to me, as it were, for the next galaxy, which I will get into after cleaning, reaching the center of the nucleus? And the Atlas Path will always hang until I learn its language (by the way, I myself noted that when I collected all the words in the disappearing hemispheres inside the Atlas stations, I did not see a translation of a single word)?

I agree. It would be better if the mission gently resumed when moving to another galaxy. But in the current galaxy, which should be "completed", the Atlas Path mission has not appeared anymore at the moment.

Even so?!
By the way, I also wrote that may be the mission will disappear and appear.

I have the idea that the next galaxy should be like a New Game +, where all of the bases you've made exist in the next galaxy, but the properties of the planets and solar systems have changed. ie. each new galaxy has solar systems and planets in the same places and of the same sizes and shapes, etc, but the star colour and planet biomes are different.
Not even close.

When you jump to a new galaxy, it's a completely new galaxy. All of your bases are left in the previous galaxy and missions do not reset.

As to the Atlas Path reappearing, it's a longstanding bug; it starts back up at the last stage. You cannot learn any more words from Atlas Stations (but can from monoliths and space encounters), and turning in Heart of the Sun again does nothing.

Are you also saying that after completing the atlas path once then you can no longer learn words from the atlas again even if they're not all known?
Correct. No more silver spheres spawn. The only way to learn them after the path is at monoliths (the ones that locate portals) and from Atlas transmitter encounters in space.

How do I learn Atlas words at the monoliths?
By successfully completing their little text puzzle. They give an Atlas word automatically on completion, then can be used to locate a portal. This is in contrast to Plaques and Ruins, which let you choose an alien word or a buried ruin location free, then stop working.
