Where do I unlock the new large winged backpack?

You need to find a Harmonic Encampment in a Dissonant system, then unlock the terminal at the camp. The first time you do that, you unlock the new jetpack after which you can change to it at any appearance modifier station.

To find dissonant systems, just look on the galaxy map. They show "Dissonant" in the same place other systems show "Water".

To find a Harmonic encampment, use the "Echo Locator" item, which functions like a planetary chart in that you use it from inventory and it marks an encampment for you.

You can get Echo Locators by killing corrupted sentinels, which are found on the planets that show "Corrupted Sentinels" in the "dissonant" systems.

I don't mind the fancy wings lol

I find the wings get in way of targeting at times it be better if they folded up if not flying about
