Refining radiant shards?
I keep seeing messages out there that say radiant shards can be refined into nanites, but when I put them in a refiner, it says "operation unavailable". What am I missing?

I tried it tonight and they refined into pugneum, which in turn refines to nanites using my exosuit refiner.

I figured it out. I have exactly one mod (fast refiners) and it was causing the problem because it wasn't up to date for the new update. :steamfacepalm:

And thus, a reminder: ALWAYS disable all of your mods and do not reactivate them until they have been updated for new versions. This can include patches between major updates.

That's the "Atlantideum" that refines into Pugneum.
The Radiant Shards will refine directly into Nanites at a rate of 1:50 (awesome)
Even crazier, the "Inverted Mirror" will refine into Nanites at 1:95 !! :)
So, you can finally get some serious nanites quick unless/until they patch it out. They haven't yet, I just now checked.

Fast Refiners has been updated. It was updated 4 days ago, you just needed to actually download and install the update.
