[VR] [Valve Index] Anyone else having really bad lag?

Even at the lowest settings the game runs extremely bad for me. I have a 3080 build, so I don't think its on my end

If find the lowest setting's scan be the worst teleportsers don't even work for me they are buggy and glutchly as hell and i often glitch into the wall's or floor's!

only think i can think of is making sure your graphis card driver is up to date.

sometimes a reboot helps, make sure nothin running in background like a virus scanner or update? is it getting hot?

sometimes i switch to non multiplayer and it mysteriously gets better?

It seems to run like fresh ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on my 3080, i9, and quest 2. Kinda disappointing because I can literally play anything else at max settings and over 90-120 fps.

I'm pretty sure its a CPU bound issue, on the developers part.

Lags big time for me as well. Not optimized for VR i'm guessing. Hope they fix soon.

It seems to be on first-time load of assets. My game hangs to the vr space.

i think so too. just monitoring PSVR and adjusting based on those metrics. similar situation with every VR game, just index not quest 2.
