Hyaline Brain stopped working and I can't get any more Sentinel starships

After a couple times of getting a new sentinel ship the hyaline brains stopped showing me a location for a monolith where it can be made into a harmonic brain. is there a way to fix this, or is it there on purpose to keep players from getting too many sentinel ships?

If on a planet, go to your log and see a Secondary Mission", highlight it and return to main screen.
In the lower Right Hand corner will the the mission hint showing Lat/Long and you have to navigate via the "standard visor view"
..or on Hud Lat/Long display in your exocraft, the POI will eventually emerge on the horizon as expected.

Thanks. I found the solution to be that I needed to have all of the other materials before it would allow me to activate the brain.
