Expedition: Sentinel Ship Location?

I came here to find out what's going on with the servers atm, but in my reading I found out that apparently I've completely missed some unique ship at some point during this expedition?

I've completed the expedition up to the part where we donate echo seeds, but with servers down, it seems I have no way to backtrack and find the mass of message orbs all screaming "thanks for cool ship" anymore.

Just a system name would be enough if anyone remembers it, I should hopefully be able to track it down from there.

You can search on the galaxy map, your looking for it to say Dissonance Detected, or something like that. When you get to that system look at the planets and one of them will be what your after, again it should say dissonance something. Check some of the vids on YouTube, those servers are not down, will give you a better game plan to find what you want. :o)

ALL camps on the Expedition Route will have a multi-tool and will also lead you to a sentinel ship.

The Expedition points you to the Autophage that you get the blueprints for the construct from.

However, these camps all have orange computer terminals nearby. This terminal will lift the lockdown on the camp, will unseal the multi-tool box, and if asked to point to a "dissonance spike", will locate a crashed sentinel ship for you.

And, if you're having trouble figuring out how to open the computer:

Ask the computer to see its memory registers. It will show you 3 math problems. Solve these, and input the # of glyph: left, top, right in that order. For example if it says 16-3, 5+2, and 8-2, you will input Glyph 13 in the left box, Glyph 7 in the middle box, and Glyph 6 in the right box.

There's nothing special about that ship. Sentinel ships are everywhere. I've collected three so far. The problem is they are all cool and I can't decide which one to use.

They're cool looking but, at the same time, none is unique enough, so it's hard to decide. Just pick the black one.

I had no idea there was more than one - you make it sound like they've corrupted a bunch of models, that's really cool
