Spawnpoint in bases?
I just redid a base, deleted most of the base, build it new and different and moved the base computer inside the new house near the new teleporter.

Now I spawn outside on the other side of my ship when I teleport to this base.

Changing the base changed the spawn point. Up until now I spawned directly in front of the teleporter in this base.

Any idea how to spawn again in front of the teleporter inside the building instead of outside somewhere?

Only tip I can give is that as far as I know the coordinates are stored when you set the parts. Maybe if you delete and reinstall the teleport it might fix it.

Sometimes doing a minor adjustment to the teleporter and then uploading your base will help. Never tried to move a base computer/base so not active experience. I do know that it is not uncommon for fairly minor things, like a sodium light, to create a large boundary that will push you to the nearest "safe" spawn in point.

When I had trouble spawning next to my teleporter, I just moved the light a few feet to one side and suddenly I was back in business. The game can be quirky about boundary interference, but that may be the problem you are having. In some cases, as long as it is not unacceptable, it is best to just go with the flow.

I miss the simple way you select the spawn point in Fallout 4. Just put a doormat somewhere and you are good to go. So simple.

Couple of months ago we were having severe problems with teleporting into our bases and we extensively discussed how and where you were appearing after teleporting finished. All I can tell you is that whenever someone said they had a theory, another one of us would immediately check it and dismiss, because on their base it would not work the same way.

Things that I still remember did influence where you get teleported were, among others:
- base didn't load whole on time (slow computer combined with staggered load technique implemented in NMS) this would be accompanied sometimes by falling through the floors or even through terrain
- small landing pad instead of the older, bigger one would have you teleport next to your ship
- Teleport part has too low ceiling over it. Building rooms at least one-and-a-half-height would prevent that
- Things hanging from ceilings (lamps ,decorations) must be nowhere near the teleporter

Last two would have you appear near your base computer or even completely outside of the base.

Of course anything could change with any update since that time. One would constantly have to re-do their research to be able to tell you with any degree of cerainty why things happen in NMS the way they do. Hello Games obviously won't do it.

Thank you a lot. I will try these items and have copied your message to my PC to not forgot about it.
I can - probably - move NMS to my SSD for the first item in your list, the others I'll just try.
But this is much better than just being sad.

Update:
But not now, now is time to try Starfield for a bit.
