Present the head to the Atlas n?

Can someone please tell me how to present the head to the Atlas. I've found in hyper spave an Atlas communication thing. It gives me a word but that';s all. I have the head in inventory. How do I present it ??

It is a dialog that you have to go through, are you at the correct location?

You need to go to an Atlas Station. You should see a star system marked in the Galaxy Map. The Atlas Messenger you ran into is not what you're looking for.

I'#m in the system directed by the Exp. route but there is no Atlas station here but the yellow marker is on the system but nowhere to be seen from my ship.

Okay, I'm asking a stupid question, but I have to ask, as it trips me up on occasion too.

Is the milestone the "active" quest on your list?

I had problems here as well. I think I simply used the galaxy map and found a pair of systems not far from the starting world that had Atlas markers and went there.

Okay. Typically when you enter an Atlas system, it spawns you directly in front of the Atlas station. Maybe try doing what taniwhat said?

I just found out, the yellow marker is for rendevous 2, does that mean I have somehow bypassed the Atlas station ? I'll backtrack see what happens, if not I'll restart the exp. plenty of time. Thanks for trying to help anyway everyone. Thankyou.

The atlas station can be any atlas station on the galaxy map. After selecting the expedition mission go to galaxy map mode and hit the < or > key until it highlights atlas stations as map mode indicated at top of screen.
It should show the green mission travel lines for you. Navigate to the stations system for turn in. Or go to free mode after you have found an atlas system and navigate direct if you have the range.

So you could wait until you have all of the constructs and take them all at the same time to any ATLAS station ??

I have a PC that keeps crashing and when I can play, I'm getting nowhere!
