Traveler Question?

So I met a traveler and was offered to trade in nanites for units and then some refined material for a random modules, but I didn't get any cords for a glyph.

So not all travelers give grave cords?
Is it only if there is a grave in that system?
Or am I just missing something?

You need to talk to him again after answering correct/wrong (Does not matter) hes question, Just choose question: Ask from where they came from, And alien give you coords to grave

You have to talk to the traveler a second time. Ask him where he came from and you will get a waypoint to a planet in the system.

Travellers are not in every spacestation, Not in Pirate ones, Not sure about that tho

Unless they changed it, you have to wait an extended time for the same traveler to provide glyphs again. So they are not good for farming glyphs. Just go find another one if that is your preferred way to gather glyphs.

The easy way is to just do the Artemis missions and you get them all by just warping 16 times.

Ok I have talked to him again and nothing only option is to trade the currency, and I made sure it wasn't a traveler I had talked to before. Thanks everyone

This the second mention I've read since finding all 16 glyphs on foot from travelers or graves.

I'm in a normal save. Are you running in "Creative" by any chance?

All of mine were found prior to the Singularity Expo being retired, and I am playing in the Experimental Branch.

Yes all travelers do give you coordinates to a grave where you can collect the glyph, Or at least that's been my experience. You need to speak to him two times don't purchase anything from him just listen to his story when he's finished click on him again and offer him the nanites and he will then tell you where to go. A yellow diamond or triangle will appear on one of the planets in that system.

So I just happened onto a second traveler in a different system and same thing, I talked to him a few times and then traded and still nothing.

EDIT: I just double checked and I am not in creative as well

Are you using any mods?

Are you playing with Multiplayer enabled?

I don't play with any mods and Multiplayer is on and all default values.

I just found a third and they aren't even asking the questions anymore, it jumps straight to the Offer and barter, leave options.

We've got a user in the Challenge Thread Gizmo who has experienced the same interaction.

I just got back from tracking down his rouge Traveler and Smacked him around a bit with Charm.

Run a check on your games file integrity too. This might be a thing...as in ZenDesk submission.

So by Friending up and then joining your session via the Steam in game Overlay, I was able to call in the Anomaly an land, pull the trigger to leave and it prompts me two locations.

Whatever the cause of you glitch may be a mystery still, but at lease you got Three Glyphs, I took one from the planet we landed on as well.

Sorted? Don't know, but if you continue to have this issue, run a file integrity test and give us a holler.
