S class ship with only 3 supercharged slots (all slots unlocked)

Bought an S class WJ9 Otawata fighter ship, it came with a 3 supercharged slots one was missing and there was only 2 locked slots. I got a ship storage upgrade module and I'm trying on that 2 locked slots but SC slot does not reveal I try on one slot then reload my save and try on the other one but it always turns regular slot. Am i missing something here or just a bug? Also i heard that ships SC slots always fixed and not random if that's true one of the slots should turn SC when unlocked I'm really lost here.

So your ship has all 58 technology slots unlocked... already???

Because maximum for "S" fighter is (Cargo/Tech):
S-Class: 120/60

Sounds like you haven't filled out a full row, therefore the next row will not be displayed as available.

No problem... the way the screen looks it is easy to think you are at max slots before you really are
