Echo Seed Help... Again...
So, it looks like the Community found 100% of the needed Echo Seeds. I helped with 15 and took a break for a bit. Now I'm back and "Ignite A Convergence" still says to find seeds AND that Progress is at 100 percent.

What now?

The Construct near the Portal is still freaking out and won't give me any new conversation options. I'm not sure what to do at this point to continue.

You need to give it one more seed to trigger the advance to the next step.

even after the community progress is 100%, you need to find 3 echo seeds in total, one for the construct ...and 2 for something else (no spoiler-ish)
NB. read the mission log AND the hints for the milestones carefully and do as directed

Oh sorry. I didn't mention that, after I started playing again, I found two more and fed it. No advancement. I'm going to attempt a restart.

OK! so I fed 2 more seeds into the machine and the Milestone did not advance... HOWEVER, I reloaded my game and that did it! Thank you for your help!
