Network Restriction
My original game file now has all previously (normal) visited systems marked as Network Restriction. Can not teleport there anymore. These systems house my stasis supply bases. The only two open are the pirate ones, I tried one and could not go back to my freighter, had to reload save game.
So, I literally can not play this game anymore. What happened here???

Use the teleporter of your freighter ?

Use anomaly, freighter or base teleporters. You can teleport to freighter too now

If you are in a pirate system you can not teleport to a non-pirate and vice versa. You might need to warp to a different system or try using the anomaly.

Direct traffic using space stations between ordinary and outlawed star systems is no longer allowed now.
This rule also applies when the warp destination is a cargo ship.
You can either leave the space station and call a space anomaly to warp, or warp through your base if you have one in the system you are in.

Found the problem: My starter main game is "11 o-clock" Euclid, middle, I ended up building a base through Nexus warp mission in the "5 o-clock, close to core, Euclid "section.
Can not access the original stations (on the other side of the core) from there. Ended up teleporting back to my settlement which luckily (actually by design, used a settlement chart) is on my main base planet.
Once there, I was able to have access to all stations again.

Position in galaxy should have nothing to do with it. You may have corrected the issue but I doubt that where the bases were at was the real problem. It's more likely related to pirate controlled areas as other have stated.

I was not in a pirate controlled area to begin with, but on my freighter across the other side of the core (5 o-clock position). Curiously enough the only 2 open stations to teleport to from my original 11 o-clock area are/were these 2 pirate controlled ones.

Thanx, same happened to me. Read your post, returned to my first base and all cleared-up. I could teleport to all outlaw teleports while it was broke.

Update, while my freighter was in an outlaw system, my freighter teleporter could only teleport to outlaw destinations. Once I moved my freighter to a non-outlaw system, I could teleport to non-outlaw destinations.
I'm on a derelict freighter and I'm getting a message: "No Destination Terminals Available * Network Reactivation Required" I've never had this message before and have no idea what to do.
Going by what has been said, you may have to go back to your main base to reactivate the network, something to do with the purple system update maybe.

But then again this thread is almost 2 years old so i guess the purple update wouldnt be the cause

The terminals on a derelict freighter have to be found and reactivated (E), one-by-one as you search through the wreck. Then you can teleport back through the network. The terminal at the entrance is the only one active originally.

Edit: Not the same problem OP was experiencing.

Yes that's by design.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
