Expedition Rewards Issue? Speeder Working - Visor, Banner, and Egg - Appearance Not

I have searched the discussions, hoping someone else would be having this issue, but I have not found anything relatable; please help. I completed the Utopia Expedition, and have claimed my Expedition Rewards at the Space Anomaly. I am able to use the Utopia Speeder on various saves, including my original Utopia Save...However, for some reason, I am not able to use any appearance rewards from the Utopia Expedition, on any save, including my Utopia Save. I am happy to gather screenshots if needed. Please let me know what I can do to fix this so I can use my appearance rewards from the Utopia Expedition, such as the Fearsome Visor, Robot Egg Companion and Utopia Banner. The options do not appear in the Appearance Modifier, and even the Egg Robot Companion has disappeared and is not accessible on any save, even after claiming it any using it on my permadeath save, when reloading it disappeared and is not accessible now. And again, just to be clear, I am not able to see these options available even on the original Utopia Expedition save file...yes, my character is an Anomaly Race. I really appreciate any tips and advice and almost hope I am doing something wrong instead of it being a glitch or bad couple files. I will start a new game and reach anomaly to test if I can receive and use rewards on new file also. Thank you for all your potential time and assistance.

UPDATE: I am now able to use the robot egg companion across all saves and the title Utopia Dignitary is now selectable across all saves. However, I am still not able to use the Fearsome Visor or Utopia Banner because the selection is not available(does not appear) in the Appearance Modifier. Any suggestions to be able to use these items...especially the Visor? Again, it does not appear across multiple saves, but the speeder and all other rewards now are available across all my saves, just not the ones with appearance modification it seems. I have seen some other posts discussing replacing files and I am trying to avoid that if possible, but I am willing to do that if it's the only way to claim these rewards on my main permadeath save. Please help. Thank you.

So I can now select the Fearsome Visor, although I can't see the selection, but I still cannot select the Utopia Banner. Really weird but glad it is resolving itself. Your advice gave me hope, Taniwhat. Thank you.

I have completed every expedition so far. Recently I got a Steam Deck, but now it shows that I've not completed any expeditions!! I just did Utopia over again and am able to claim those rewards on other saves, but alllll the other expeditions show that I've not done them! Any way to fix that?

Fearsome Visor I could choose .. its only for Race Anomaly
Did not try the Banner .. Guess they are also related to a Race
Horrible Flesh Helm can only be assigned to Traveler Race
