Weapons, no, ships indirectly, money yes in the form of expensive tradables.
For the ships, if both players approach an npc, player one swaps his ship for the npc ship and player two buys ship from npc.

If you understand the save editor, you can "gift" a player the raw JSON for a ship, multitool, or pet directly. Otherwise, for ships specifically, you have to follow what SkiRich said. This is also how you can "customize" wingmen.
yeah unfortunatly the expensive trading item are the way to goo but it's take ALOT of ressource to build something close to a HUGE PRODUCTION

The alternative would be to farm trading ship and give alot of illegal goods guys would just have to sell the goods and make profit

There is that for sure. If you have extra credits burning a hole in your pocket and want to pay it forward, go out and ship hunt for a bit, get some class A and S ships and scrap them. Give out the resulting capcitors and ship ai as tradables. Very valuable there.

Most people don't like handouts in games. I much prefer the struggle and the beginning part of the game. In fact most of my saves rarely make it past 20 hours before I get bored and start over with a different idea/method of gameplay.
