So then the titel of this thread "Class S hunting?" prolly doesn't apply to you.
This tip is not for you then.
...that is a sweet glitch Gunther Ultrabolt Novacrunch (yeah not saying that after drinking)
great find, i love learning about new glitches whether i use them or not...it's fun
(have some of my points)
Glad you figured it out.
I figured you missed something in my explanation cause its a huge time saver.
For me its 3-4 seconds to refresh wave with the portal, 20-25 seconds to reload game with a restore point.
Its a no brainer if you are hunting for a specific ship.
Love that orange ship! I could not find the glyphs in this thread - did I miss them? TIA.
The chance in medium wealth is only 1%, in Low Wealth it is 0%.
That doesn't make any sense.
The whole point of re-loading a restore point is to "shuffle the deck" and send a new wave in as soon as possible. The alternative is to let them land. Let them sit, wait for them to take off, then wait for the next wave.
By reloading a restore point you don't have to wait for the next wave. You force it to come sooner. The more waves that come the better chances of finding what you want.
Using a portal is even quicker than hitting escape, going to options, and clicking on "load restore point", You simply portal to the port you are at, the game doesn't have to reload the environment it just resets the ships. Try it.
