Freighter Missions

I'm having a problem with my freighter missions. Up until now, everything was fine. The navigator would get new missions every now and then and I'd send my frigates out to them. Only now it seems they're all grayed out and I can't select a mission to send ships on.

I have plenty of fuel, all ships are repaired, and the missions are new (as in previously unseen). The only thing that's different is this:

I had a pirate attack near my freighter (needed Platinum for repairs and was mining 'roids) and engaged them with my squadron forming up around me. One ship (not sure it was from my squadron. Might have been from one of the other nearby freighters) flew right into my line of fire and I lit him up pretty good. Figured he'd get the ♥♥♥♥ out of the way, but he didn't, so I stopped firing until he did get out of the way. It seems this pissed him off, because he attacked me, so I splashed his ass. Then the Sentinels show up and we slap them around until they stop coming.

A few things happened that may have glitched the game:

1. I tried to board my freighter after shooting the guy, because I didn't want to happen what happened - the Sentinel retaliation, etc. But the freighter wouldn't let me land, and you know the rest.

2. One of the Sentinels just vanished right in the middle of the fight. I have no idea what happened to it, just that my freighter was still trying to shoot something I couldn't see or find.

3. Not being able to board my capital ship, I flew to my damaged frigate and performed repairs, then teleported to the freighter from there. When I get to the command center, there's a huge chunk of ship hull clipped right into the command center (between the captains station and the doors going to the building area) that I can't get around.

4. So I teleport to the hangar and figure I'll fly out and continue with what I was doing. But the freighter won't open the hangar doors.

Theories:

Do I have a wanted status? How would I find out? This all happened in a system that's not a pirate system, and the Sentinels showed up, so I'm thinking I'm in trouble somehow, but I have no idea how or what to do about it.

Would that prevent me from taking missions? It seems unlikely, because the missions were grayed out before all this happened too, but I thought it was just that I had done them all.

Excuse my verbosity. Any help would be appreciated.

[Edit: Everything else is fixed after quitting and reloading - the ship hull clipping, hangar doors not opening, etc. All but the missions.]

How long have you waited? The missions refresh once every 24 hours. Also you should try moving your freighter to another system to fix the boarding bug.

Frigate fleet missions is what you are talking about, and they repopulate once per day. So you may just have to wait until the time they repopulate if you had just finished some. For me, it's 6:00 p.m. when a new batch of 5 shows up. That's Central time USA, so it's Midnight UTC that the refresh happens.

If that's not the issue, the only other thing that can cause it that I'm aware of is having no free fleet command rooms.

You get five new missions daily at 0000 UTC (7pm EST). If you successfully complete any or all of the missions, they are greyed-out until the next new set comes up.

The frigate missions refresh at 0:00 GMT daily (adjust for your time zone). If you send out all five missions, they will be grayed out until the next cycle.

It's been a while, at least a day. All the missions are new, I just can't start any of them.

That system might be bugged. Try moving to a different system.

It's not that. All my fleet commands are open.

I may just not be fully aware of how long it's been. I'll wait til tonight and see if they refresh.
