The one in the video is the Anubis voice. These guys have a ton of them both male and female. Heck they even got the lady that does the AI voice in Elite Dangerous to do an Elite Dangerous targetted voice pack (The Verity pack).

They also got Shatner and Brent Spiner doing voices.
