Yes its overpriced, but you're also getting 18 quintilion planets to explore and unlike AAA games that sell you extra content for $20 per DLC, this game is going to be updated for free. Look at Elite: Dangerous, that gave a buggy planet landing DLC for a ♥♥♥♥ ton extra cash. Its a price that matches their dedication to giving you, the consumer, more content through its lifetime.
who knows if thats not also gonna be a lie like the multiplayer (yeah i know at least that we can find each other) part?
to be honest i got myself a 24 solt ship. after i saw the price of the ships with 30+ slots, i dont iven bother grind the money for those...
But its going to be half the game this will be by the end. Elite: Dangerous asks you to spend so. Much. Money. For what? Big updates that add more content.
And No Man's Sky is going to give you all of that for free. Because you trusted in them and paid the $66.

If you think they haven't been honest, then you've been lookig in the wrong direction. Read their website, and you will see that the reason so many people are disappointed with this game is because it isn't what THEY wanted it to be. But it is exactly what Hello Games wanted it to be. And you can't say "Well then its bad" when its what they said they wanted to do all along.
who cares mr. giggeling cool words?
>Who knows if there will be updates?
>Company has come forward saying no DLC, only patches
>Company has come forward saying what will come next
Now if this was Early Access, I doubt you'd see as many complaints, but for HG to claim this is a AAA game, well, that's one of many issues.
I just have more faith in a company that goes this far to release a niche game because its the dream they've had for five years. They knew it wasn't for everyone, they knew it wasn't going to be what you wanted, but they spent 5 years working on it anyways.
Yeah, I have faith in them.
