no,i'm using Geforce GT 950 M/ 8gb ram/ I7 and without SLI, it finds it hard to keep it at 30fps. Especially when you are on the planets, you can expect below 15 fps. flying in space is ok tho. Gonna refund and hope they release SLI profile.
