Game runs great now at 1920 x 1200 with all settings on max. (2 x GTX1080)
ok the op himself turned it off himself, but also probably tested it though Geforce experience.
if the software can save time then i don't see the issue other than you just feeling like messing around with options instead of clicking a button makes you superior or something.

I did what you suggested in the NVpanel.
While in there, I also dropped the framerate setting to adaptive from fast.
Then went in game and turned MFSAA off there as well becasue my GE optimation always turns it on.
When I restarted the game, I was SHOCKED.
Not only was it running at >60 fps in 4K mode, but the graphics looked 3D!
I'm not bullshittin.
It looks much MUCH better. Clearer. Crisper.
Hell, the sentinels look like they're flying OUT of the screen.
I had tried everything just to get it to run at 30-40fps in 4K...or so I thought.

I agree. The game itself is optimized very well.
However, gfx cards settings are possibly killing the user's experience.
