No it isn't, dummy. PC and PS4 reviews differ only in terms of how the game looks and performs on each platform, and not on how it plays out, not with it's gameplay and mechanics remaining the same.
Stop living under that illusion that somehow this game has magically improved in terms of content with the PC version, it doesn't.
