Star citizen is defintely the ideal game for battleships as you'd have a real crew working on it.

No, but Frieghters weren't gonna be added, but now they are (eventually) so who knows what the next patches will bring.. Personaly IMO I think it be awesome to own a captial ship and fly to systems, hop in your smaller ship fly to a planet explore then redock with your catpital ship and move on..

tbh its kind of the opposite of Elite Dangerous. In that game I felt the only thing I needed to do was get money to get a better ship. NMS was engineered in a lot of ways to be the opposite.

I want a different ship, but not because its 'better'
