Why do people care about USER metacritic score? Its ♥♥♥♥ing worthless.

That score is totally worthless, as anyone can give a review on the game without even having to play it or even actually owning a PS4. Tell me a single game that deserves a 0 score, unless you aren't able to actually launch the game, no game deserves a 0.

For those still in, doubt just wait for the critics review and to those who are supporting and eagerly waiting to play the game, try not to entertain the trolls and spread their negative BS around the thread. If you don't reply to the thread, guess what...it'll get buried ;p

Very few games deserve 0 and even fewer deserve 10 imo. People should just try games on their own and form their own opinions.

User reviews should always be ignored.

This is because people tend to post negative reviews for stupid reasons:

* Got your backside kicked by the game and are now frustrated? Write a bad review.
* Worried game A will be competition for game B which you prefer? Write a bad review.
* Had a bad day, and then things didn't go well for you in your gaming session? Write a bad review.
* Angry that a game has only been released on platform A, but you only own platform B? Write a bad review.
* Feel self-entitled and angry that you have to actually pay for expansions? Write a bad review.
* Game costs X more than you are personally willing to pay? Write a bad review.

Maybe because reviewers have a few days to review the game, but players play the game much longer and give insight into things like longevity, dev support, mods etc. Not to say that NoMan's Sky will give you much info on any of those currently, but I do have concerns about this game's longevity and whether it's worth the $60.

I loved Elite Dangerous when I got it, and played it A LOT (since Beta, and not on Steam), but over time everything became the same and wasn't appealing for me. For devs it was a cash cow to milk, and for me it ultimately felt like a waste of time. There was no game that gave me a bigger feeling of disappointment than ED when I decided to stop playing it. I wish i had user reviews to tell me that.
