GTX660 is equivalent to a GTX480 - But the Laptop Version :p Who knows, the problem with minimum specs, they were decide on long before the game was ready for release, so no one can say for certain.

660M is a small form and cut down version of the GTX660, so will have worse performance.

Laptops were never designed to be great at games, you can buy gaming laptops, but the equivalent PC can be built for a quarter of the price...

We have only seen footage from PS4 version, which is no better than a very low end PC, but PC version is likely to be better and require better hardware.

Try it and see...

Yes. From the looks of it, this game can almost run on a machine from the XP era

I just don't have enough money to spend on a game that I might not be able to play.

If you pre-order, you can play it for 2 hours, and still get a full refund on Steam, just a suggestion, good way to test oout your hardware, with no risk :)

I think that I just going to wait and see the lowest specs possible

You can also do that without pre ordering. Only slaves pre order digital games.

Mine was a gift, not going to refuse a free game :)

It definitely won't work. The 660m is much less powerful than the GTX 480.

You can verify whether your computer fulfills the minimum system requirements by following these steps:
  • Open the game's store page and extract the game's AppID from the store page URL.
  • Important: In the next step, make sure to replace the <AppID> part with the previously extracted AppID. For TF2, the result would be steam://checksysreqs/440.
    1. For Windows, open the Run command by pressing the Windows Key + R and type steam://checksysreqs/<AppID> then press Enter.
    2. For Mac, open the Network window by pressing Command + K and type steam://checksysreqs/<AppID> then press Enter.

These kinds of things typically use a one-size-fits-most approach to determine system readiness. It should not be treated as ironclad verification that a person's chipset is GTG. This is ESPECIALLY true for laptops.

A GTX 660m is too underpowered for this game. Please - PLEASE - don't fill these customers' heads with any more misinformation. They've had enough of that, haven't they?

so far onlly people with a gtx 970 can run it without unenjoyable performance.

cards with better performance on paper (like an 1080) still getting hitching and fps dips into peasantry lvl

from the looks of it right now you wont get more than 5 fps people are having problem running this game without framedrops on titan x and double 980ti

Running it on a GTX 960M 4GB and nope it won't run on yours. I've got it turned down to AA off and no vsync and all med settings and still getting low teens framerate lol, yet I can run Doom at 60+ ultra, what a joke this game is.
