oddly enough, for europeans, etc who don't get it on the 9th. Launching steam with a VPN set to the USA will allow them to unlock and play the game ON the 9th, thus recieving it a day or two earlier. This doesn't violate any TOS of steam it seems UNLESS you touch the steam store with it in any manner. So don't buy nothing til you undo the vpn.

Ha jokes on you my clock is set to 2065, it's so far ahead that steam constantly reads "3 years after armaggedon".
