I'd personally like to see in-game digital content for launch day or pre-order purchases etc. Something that would not give us an advantage, but something we could enjoy as a cosmetic item, or something to carry with us in game. For now, i'll enjoy my PC explorers edition, as far as that mystery items being a notepad/log/journel thing, not sure yet how I feel about it. Might use it for special notes/logs to make for really unique things. Otherwise in a day you'd fill it up with all the random stuff you're going to find and see.
Well, damn. You got me ;)
But it would be cool.
high resolution textures
mods
2. Why do PC players always assume that PC always has higher resolution than PS4? I'm positive that PC and PS4 have the same resolution textures.
3. How/why would you mod this game? First, Sean said that the coding of this game is so complex that even if something small is messed with, it could screw up the whole system. Second, why in the world would anyone want to mod this game? It already is supposed to have literally infinite variations of plants, animals, planets, ships, and weapons. How could you want more?
1. How would PS4 not have graphics settings?

Regarding Number 3. I'm expecting for the "infinate variations of planets, ships, and weapons" to be different colors and stats put on a number of different models. Unless the game it's self can make different models, scratch that, IDEAS of different things than I won't be expecting much in the way if procedural ships, weapons, plants, and animals. Planets may be a different story though.
Edit: I messed up the quote thing lol. I never have any idea what I am doing when it comes to that.
1. Which of following graphics settings you can change on PS4?
V-sync, textures resolution, texture filttering method, ambient occlusion method, antialiasing method, geometry level of detail, draw distance etc.
2. High resolution textures are extremly memory consuming (especially in case of anisotropic filtering). And PS4 has only 8GB for everything (it is shared by cpu and gpu).
3. O eah, NMS is perfection made by living gods. It cant be moded like those odd jobs made by schoolboys, i mean Skyrim, GTA.
(Which is why I'm forced to get it on PS4)
