How do I get more Exosuit Technology slots ?

Buy 1 at Each Space Station Booth. Get One for Each System you Visit The Anomaly, Earn *Suit Upgrade Items, or Get *Drop Pod Locations for Various Sources... (*These are Free)

there are also suit expansion modules you can find or get from frigate missions...

If you're short on cash, grab enough navigation data (can sometimes be found on minor settlements) and exchange them for exosuit upgrade charts on a station to find drop pods.

Make sure you got enough sodium nitrate, carbon nanotubes and anti-matter housing to repair the drop pods.

Buy a planetary chart thing from a Station which will give you a map-bearing to a module on a planet. Or buy a slot from a station directly. Or fly around on a planet until you see a largish module-tent looking thing sat by itself and investigate. There are quite a few on most planets.

You will need some resources to fix it and get the extra slot though, but you can cross that bridge when you get to it.

It's not hard to figure it out. I discovered all this just by exploring.

If you want tech slots, you have to select them specifically as the game always tries to offer you cargo slots instead when you upgrade.

When you expand your exosuit slots at the space station, anomaly and drop pods, you can use the mouse to choose exactly which position you want to unlock in both technology and cargo slots.

i maxed all exosuit slots inventory and tech, i just used 3 navigation data to buy 1 map so i bought many maps and run them, when im in a planet with no red sentinels. when u repair the 3 parts YOU can PICK if you want to get an inventory slot or a tech slot.

some times while seek a house in a planet, you can find a free one.
you can run missions that reward yo uwith a slot.

I cant seem to select them lol , before update it was easy now its doing cargo only

You have to select a slot you have NOT unlocked yet, you can't select ones that are already unlocked.

Fast way is to get the nomad exocraft, max the scanners and that will find exosuit drop pods. (No need for maps). You generally find 3-4 in the local area then fly some distance away and pick up the next 3-4. If you are cunning, you'll also find mondo salvage modules on your travels.

It IS a bit of a grind but I've managed to max slots in less than a day that way.

You can get maps to drop pod sites on a space station, IIRC from the map NPC.

If you have enough money, you can 'cheese' Exosuit expansion slots on the Anomaly.
- Make sure you have turned off PVP under your Network settings.
- In the Anomaly jump in and out of your ship to create a restore point (or automatic restore point, it doesn't matter for this)
- Enable multiplayer under your Network settings
- Go to the Exosuit slot in the room with all the blueprint vendors
- Pay for any slot you choose (tech or cargo)
- Gift another player an item from your inventory (VERY CONTROVERSIAL THIS)
- Make sure it has said 'Sent...', if not try another player
- Reload your save (top one could be restore or automatic)
- Rinse and repeat
Please don't flame me for this. I include this so you can have the full set of options available to you. It is your choice to use it (and quite possibly irritate a lot of players in the process)
