How to contact Hello Games?
So for the next phase of my refund progress (Ye it's still going :( )
I was advised to contact Hello Games themselves, but the question is: how?

Does anyone know any reliable method so they can read my complaint and the reason why I want to refund?

Thanks

They don't really respond to email, unless it's a Technical Bug, and even then it's just a form email you get that states that a patch was released which addresses the issue you reported, etc etc..

No phone number to call that I'm aware of, and any email asking about refunds? I'm willing to bet that you will never, ever hear anything back about one from HG.

Sorry, man. Wish I had better advice.
You could check their foru--

Oh wait, that's missing. I see a pattern emerging.

this is most likely true.

however, they do claim on their "contact" page that they read every email sent to that address.... but who can honestly believe that :/

I'm still hoping they email back about that one of these days - or that the support team makes a forum somewhere.
Well I sended them an email and support ticket now, I could take the boat to the UK and visit them IRL (Since I live in the Netherlands C:) but that would cost me more than I can get from my refund..

So ye, I hope they will answer within a week, else time to find an alternative method, since Steam Support is telling me to contact them after many refund requests and tickets :/

Oh you emailed them about that?

Hah, fair play man. Doubt they'll respond though.

And made a thread - that I will update when and if I get a reply.

I hate sorting through reddit threads... and think by and large a little more moderation in a forum isn't always a bad thing when you are looking for more serious discussion than grousing. :)
I'm going to call this number when I get off work and see who answers (if anyone)..

And there is also a 0,01% chance that a dev will read this topic on Steam :)
Don't contact them by email do it by letter, send them a 1st letter before action explainig the law-full reasons why you want a refund. Easy to find templates and examples online. To find the address you could look them up on companies house and have a nosey at all their financial information while you are there.
sooooo glad I did not buy this.......

Well thanks for this, it will be my Plan B (Sending a letter, old style, but should do it).
But I don't live in the UK, so I hope the costs won't get too high haha
