Do you have the Survey Device installed on your multi-tool yet? If so, hit up 3 a few times with the analysis visor on, (F). It should end up on the little gas cloud, this is how you find gas deposits to mine. On a Lush world, it'll also detect Oxygen deposits.
I'm actually on the switch so the visor select is on the DPad. So it'll only appear specifically on planet's labelled as Lush, and not any of the others listed like that like flourishing or such?
All the other names are flavor text, they still function the same and have the same resources. So no you do not need to look specifically lush or toxic.
"Lush" is actually a broad class of names. Flourishing is one of those. Just keep an eye out in space for the "Paraffinium" deposit. That's biome specific. If you see that listed, it's a lush planet. Just like if you see Ammonia listed, then it's "Toxic" biome. Phosphorus is a "Scorched" biome. Dioxite is a "Frozen" biome. Uranium is a "Radioactive" biome. Pyrite is a "Desert" biome...
