Expedition rewards in normal game save?

so how exactly do I unlock them in normal game save? After I've completed milestone(s)?

Do I have to complete ALL milestones in a single expedition in order for ALL milestone-related rewards of that expedition to be registered to normal game save?

Only Phase rewards are eligible. So if you completed phase 1 & unlocked a half-naked Polo poster (ewww), you’d be able to go to the Quicksilver vendor in the Anamoly on your normal save and grab it

So, yes you have to complete each “phase” to earn that reward & all “phases” to earn the final expedition reward

Yes, because the last (and normally - the most worthy) reward can be only unlocked, when all other milestones in expedition save are unlocked.
After you completed - and claimed the rewards (that's whats actually unlocks the rewards for other saves) on expedition save, you can then claim them on other saves in that Quicksilver Companion shop in the Nexus Anomaly...

You can only get the 5 main rewards across your saves.

ok so I guess because I restarted my normal save I haven't unlock access to call Nexus in to redeem them in normal save(s)...

Yes, once you make your first jump and then get the message and locate Artemis' crashed ship <- then you unlock the Anomaly
