Yellow caution triangle with exclamation mark on every input icon?!

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this bug? It was running fine yesterday but now all of a sudden every single input has the yellow caution icon next to it.

I am using a DS4 pad however, if I switch to kb+m everything is fine and it shows the correct input key.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, everything was fine.
Today, little yellow warning signs over every input, and it only affects my $150 controller.
They'll blame mods for it, despite the DISABLEMODS.txt file being in the folder, meaning no mods are ever loaded or even looked at.
Hello Games needs to address this sh*t.

Just to clarify:
Can you use your controller and you just have those visual markers or aren't you able to use your controller anymore?

I have the same issue. The controller does work fine, just in the menu and when interacting, basically when it shows what key or input to press to use the function or interact it shows the yellow caution exclamation mark icon. I checked to make sure that steam still saw my controller as a Xbox controller and it does.

Controller works almost fine (there are issues with the D-Pad and what it's supposed to do, and the difference is striking from what it was yesterday, before the issue began).
And the $150 controller is a Thrustmaster eSwap X Pro

Yeah the pad works fine, it's just the issue with every input showing as the yellow triangle.

I've only just started playing the game so as I'm sure you can imagine it is very difficult trying to play and not knowing which button to press!

Still can't figure it out and doesn't seem like many people have experienced this issue.

The issue that we were having back then, they did an update and it resolved it.

Are you folks actually going to the HG Zendesk to report this or are you hoping they are just guessing you are having this issue and/or just posting here on Steam Community hoping they are actually monitoring this conversation?

Yes ok but now i have the exact same issue and i don't know how to resolve

I reset my controls to default and it fixed it.
