How do I get my settlement back to S class?
I used to have a S-class settlement when it first came out. About 100 citizens, 95%-100% happiness depends on the visitor I choose during random events, and 800k+ productivity with no debt. Now it is down-ranked to A-class and could get to S class. How do I get it back to S-class?

Light a fire under them. I have found pointing weapons in their general direction gets them running.:laughing_yeti:

Seriously, the whole settlement thing seems completely random. I would not worry about it.

Settlement class has no real meaning, it will vary for no appearant reason. Don't worry about it.

You're ~100 settlers short of the cap. Whether that will bump it up a grade is anyone's guess.

I'm 100% happiness and 55 settlers. Steady staying A class

Mine has been 100% happiness, 1 million productivity and 52 citizens for ages. Doesn't go higher than A.

Less than 100 settlers is less than half and will drag down your settlement class.
