If you use one of the "stargate" ones, then no.
Teleporter = what you can build at a base. These work between galaxies.
Portal = the pre-existing stargate type gates that require material inputs. These do not work between galaxies.
If not, just dropping a base computer somewhere in the system will definitely cement you in.
That makes sense, I knew portal glyphs work as coords for the galaxy you're in but now that I know teleporters work between galaxies I'll start my Journey to build 255 Bases, one in each galaxy! 😀
Now comes the real question, Normal or Survival???
Survival means more enjoyable game play, Normal means playing with more friends
