That's hardly anything in a game with such an amount of planets that it's safe to assume: There will never be a time when all of them are discovered.
There are enough earth like planets (and you may get some coordinates here or at other places in the internet) and if you search long enough you will come across some (if not many). I have found enough in those years playing - fun thing about this: I don't care about them because I already live on earth and I don't need to live on an earth like one in this game when there are enough way more interesting planets out there.
You will find one - just give it more time (or cut on it by visiting one already discovered by others).
Also, if you want a better chance of finding an earthlike planet on your own you want to travel to a nice galaxy like Eissentam.
Thanks for the tip. I'm not sure if I can use those coordinates yet. You need a specific portal for that with glyphs, I assume?. I spoke with all the travelers I could find during my space jumps, so I already got all the glyphs, but I don't know where to find the portal. I think you must unlock it first while doing the main quest. Likewise, I'm still at the apollo quest-line where I need to hire some guys, but in order to do that I wanted to find a pleasant planet first to build my base.
I'm actually going with that mindset as well, but the ones I've found were hideous. With Earth-Like, I mean it should at least have some stuff like trees and water.
You can find them by:
1. Stumbling upon them by chance.
2. Visiting monoliths, solving the puzzle and it will point you towards them.
3. Bying purple maps at the cartographer in space stations and using them until it points you towards one of them.
4. Taking a "Make a photo of a portal"-mission at a space station which will point you towards one.
Oh nice, thanks! I didn't know about that cartographer yet.
You could use one of those as a temporary option in Euclid (the starting galaxy) while you get what you need to get to Eissentam.

That's exactly what I'm looking for! So nice. Congrats finding such a charming planet, man.
Edit: I just realized there are glyph symbols on the bottom left. Thanks for sharing!. But I thought you can't build in planets which you travel through portals. Has this been changed?
That's good to know. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and didn't deactivate multiplayer in the options before putting a shared coordinate and going through it. Now there is an annoying base computer and normal portal that belongs to someone else right beside the portal. I can't remove it, sadly. I need to look for something else, I guess…
