its happening to my 3 y/o star system to
i discovered it first, build my main base there, and somehow months ago its name changing to default including discovered by other player
your discovery means nothing in this exploration game, but NMS is good walking simulator
This real real real bugs me out.
Another things I found that the name I uploaded will remain if it is not in Euclid system.
Is there any way to officially report this? This feels like it should be considered a decently high priority bug by Hello Games, so I wonder if they've been made aware of it. Discovery services are a core feature of the game's appeal, so I doubt they would knowingly leave it unfixed for weeks.
