Thief and bad Paint Job
So I have 2 frigates. One with a thief with -4 trade and one with a bad paint job. Anyway to fix that ? Kind of funny. Just wondering if there was a way to clean it up. Maybe programmer putting a little humor into the game.

send them on suicide mission ;)

long trade missions can go awry too. my fleet got damaged once after picking up some rare animals which broke free on board and demolished most of the interior. 4 crew members lost yheir lives too...

i felt sorry for them and decided to recall them for repairs and some shrink talk.

but you could turn a deaf ear instead ;)

what kind of frigate is it? Industry, trade etc... What is its class C B A S?? Whats the percentage to the next class -- lower right corner. So maybe. I don't know if you change that diaologue but if you run it with the right fleet it might just improve a lot. and LOL at the dialogue. I have an S Class Combat frigate with a terrified crew of Vykeen LOL It was a C class when I bought -- so ....

those defects will go away as they progress towards S class

The whole freighter mechanic is it just a text based game?

I think they will go away with increase of class like Ddoge stated.

how can you minimize it like that? i'm on the edge of my seat during those debriefings

Just send your frigates out on missions every day. By and by those negative traits will go away and new positive traits will appear, and the ships will rise in numerical ratings and class. Try to make your mission task forces large enough to have two more stars than the difficulty of the mission, and you'll avoid damage that needs repair (but at the cost of more frigate fuel)

BINGO!

The more missions you send the ship on the less issues it will have in the nagative.

Rule number 1 with Frigates. Don't obsess. Just use them and wait for the inevitable S class upgrade.

People actually wait until the s-class upgrade?

There I go buying them as S class right off the bat.

Hehe
