I use a throttle from CH and a Thrustmaster T16000M FSC
warning: Took a looong time to map controls to my liking
It does take some tweaking to get the controls mapped to an individual's preferences.
One thing to watch for: In what I think was the default setup, there was a significant amount of anti-deadzone. Unless the stick was exactly centered, there was a lot (relatively) of motion. Seems like a dumb setting. Removed that and added just a little bit of "regular" deadzone and now it's happy.
