"Under a Rebel Star" still bugged at the start
I can't get past the very first part of the quest. I've found the abandoned ship in deep space and got the notification telling me I have the coordinates and corrupted sentinels were alerted, but both the coordinates and sentinels are nowhere to be found. I've seen people online who had this problem and they say it was randomly fixed when they landed on a planet, but nothing works for me. Also, the hecking notification won't disappear from my bottom right corner even when the mission is not active, and I can't see any other directions from any other missions because of it.

Please help, I don't want my 200 hour save file to be stuck forever in this annoyance...

for others: to start the quest make sure you're pulsing in a regulated system, note that pulse (uninterrupted) can take upto 1min to trigger the start of the quest

PS. the conflict level may or may not play a part...as in level 1 has no pirates raids...so might affect the mission starting

I just completed this one, and I had an issue as well. Try going into space and pulse drive for a minute. Mine apparently wanted me to track down a signal, and that was what it wanted me to do.

It seems the problem got patched out in today's update. That's a big relief lol
Thanks a lot for the reply, though!

Still busted here. I can't start it after checking in 3 different systems, using anomaly detectors, and pulsing for about a half hour all told. They should just unlock the hood for everyone if they can't fix it.

I've seen people having that problem when I was searching for a solution for the bug I was stuck with. Maybe this video can help?

The patch certainly fixed the start problem for me - markers appeared in an outlaw system (after patch) - not the same one as I started in.
