Lost with an Egg

I am sorry if this is a repeat, but I am sitting here with my Void Egg & included parts.

I just went through the portal of The Hunter // The Reflection // etc.

I came into a system of 5 planets with no other mission update in my Log.

Opening the Galaxy Map with it focused on my current system shows “Void Egg Frequency Coordinates”.

I have visited & mapped every planet here, gotten out in multiple areas with my visor, & nothing.

Is my egg just bugged??
I’ve spent 3 hours with these 5 planets.

the portal you use for the star-birth quest MUST be in the Euclid galaxy (galaxy no.1), if you're on the expedition 6 save, you started in the 89th galaxy and traversed to the 90th.

if the above is the case...summon the anomaly and use one of the 3 featured community bases listed (top of list) in the teleport list as they are all in euclid...once there
(you may want to find a planet and build a base so you can always come back to euclid)

find a portal and continue the quest

IF you are playing expedition 6, then of course you can't find mission target, because void egg mission is in Euclid (galaxy #0), and expedition 6 starts with #89 and ends with #90. You will have to hail a cab at anomaly, or teleport to a base there (I think one of the community highlight base, the bytebeat base, is in Euclid).

I went to Euclid galaxy for a portal, I put in the symbols, went into the portal, came out into a different system.
My Log didn’t indicate any quest, so I flew up into space & saw I was in a system of 5 planets.

The galaxy map shows “Void Egg Frequency Coordinates” next to the system.

My log remains empty with my Cracking Void Egg in my inventory.

Okay. It sounds like you can go back to the portal that you came in on. Or even go back to the planet you entered the portal. Either way, once you are at the planet you are supposed to portal to, go into your log tab and make sure that your mission is highlighted by clicking on it. Then close the log and you should get a direction from there. If not, come back here without moving around and let's see if we can help you.

I'm going to bed. The next thing would be to make sure you got the address right. I would thumb through that video offered above and get the exact portal address from it.

There definitely should be a quest marker on that planet you portaled into. You will be going to 3 gravesites. First of those is common for everyone so maybe go to the coordinates and touch the grave, see what happens.

The System is called Ischel-Althu and planet has '-Sigma' as the second part, unless someone already renamed it. I remember having a base there quite close to the portal.

Awesome, thank you, Kitet! I was missing what planet it was on, lol, & I got lost.

I have no coordinates at all. Is there a way to scan for the graves??

I'm sorry, I found this video where first after you go through the portal you need to go to an abandoned building nearby. Coordinates might be different, but you need to look at lower-right of your screen. The person in this video went to -56.83,-159.09.
Then there are graves, first one is at 4.09,173.09 so quite far. The rest you will be led to, since only the first grave's location is common for everyone. I don't remember where I read it but that's how I remember.

It's been a long time since I did this. The wiki says you need to find an abandoned building, then fill the soul chamber. So you need to find the building and get the soul chamber ready.
