Help getting to euclid galaxy
Hello so I have been trying for like an hour now to get to the euclid galaxy with no luck. I have been going through a portal multiple times with several different coordinates, all supposedly to the euclid galaxy and none have taken me there. All they have done is taken me to systems near the galactic core. I did in fact go to the core and see if it would take me to euclid but it did not. I kept ending up in completely random galaxies that are not euclid. Like whats the deal? I can hardly believe everyone's coordinates ive looked up online are a lie??

For context im trying to get to euclid so I can see if the "under a rebel star" quest will trigger for me. I cannot get it to. Someone somewhere said they got it to work there. I am on a expedition character and ive seen a few say that you cant start normal quests like that one in it but I have also seen people who claimed you could. Idk wtf to think or do but I do not want to start a new character as this is the only one I have. Im very confused and would appreciated any help.

You can't travel between galaxies through portals.
You would need to teleport to a player base located in Euclid.

Have a friend log in to Game in Euclid and join on their game (multiplayer) create a base comp and register it on planet then exit multiplayer and teleport to the new base computer you made ;) also if on expedition you may have to finish the expedition first, due to not trying this on expedition save.

Thanks for the info, that seems ridiculous but I guess ill have to figure something out since I dont have anyone to help me on pc with that. Just came over from console...but maybe since its cross play i can still get help from a friend..?

You could gain a foothold via the weekend mission... ?

I’ve used the Anomaly teleporter on my Expedition save to one of the Featured bases as they are all in the Euclid galaxy. Worked fine, have you tried that?

PS That mission won’t trigger regardless of what galaxy you’re in (already tried a bunch). Full disclosure I’ve been called many things on these forums including “idiot”, so you know, salt 🧂 and all that ;)

yes cross play makes it possible to play with friends on consoles (multiplayer)

Ah crap - I see other posts about discovery services being down, that is def the root cause of no featured bases.

I'm not sure if this tip will hose up your Rebel Star mission (I don't think so?) but you can visit the Anomaly, and go to the transporter there. You will see all the bases of the other people in the Anonaly at that time. Some will be in other galaxies. You can teleport there, then use make your own base in that new galazy. Great way to travel between galaxies without ruining your ship, etc. But you will lose out on certain achievement badges.

The weekend mission should be in Euclid... Do it, land at the space station and get out of the ship. Go to a planet and put down a base computer. Then finish the mission or just go to the Anomaly and abort it. You should then be able to teleport back to that system.

Do you have an older save with bases in Euclid?
