Mod Warning Screen not appearing

Hello. I deleted the disable mods txt file in the pcbanks folder and installed some mods. However, I did not get a mod warning screen and the mods I installed aren't working. What gives?

Are they updated for Outlaws? Usually mods break after an update.

I've not seen the mod warning screen for a long time, I'm not sure if it's removed or it's the DLL file I modified long ago.

You need to often update your mods. If you havn't downloaded new ones in the past week, they're all out of date. Delete them all and re-obtain new, updated copies from nexus mods.

The MBIN Compiler is partially updated so several mods are, as of a few hours ago, available for download. Still waiting on the 'globals' part (the most important part, imo).

The only one I am using is the lower launch thruster mod and from it's page it is supposed to be updated for outlaws but it has no effect on my game. I don't see the mod warning page with it installed.

Make sure it's in the correct folder.

rename the disabledmods.txt in PCBANKS
otherwise NMS will n ot load mods
