The "Artemis Path-GHOSTS IN THE MACHINE" quest cannot be completed because of the "Outlaw Station".
Last Sunday, there was a bug where the quest marker disappeared after playing the game for a while since it first started. I didn't even know it was a bug. I thought it was an unfriendly game, and I wandered around to solve the quest. After wandering around for 3 days, I found out that closing the game and turning it back on will solve the bug.

That's how I finally got to "GHOSTS IN THE MACHINE". However, the planet where this quest started is the planet Outlaw.
The previous quests, "Expand and staff your new home" were in trouble again. At "Outlaw Station" there was only the Science Manager in front of the portal. I wandered around the Space Stations looking for the damn tech manager. As a result, I found a room I could enter, and I brought in a tech manager from another Space Station to solve the quest.
After that, I got lost in the "Collect Nanites" part of "Collect Nanites to buy Technology Upgrades" and went to the abandoned base to solve it, and followed the quest mark by "Visit a multitool technology trader in a Vy'keen system". But the place Mark was pointing to was "Outlaw Station".
In other words, I first started the game on a Sunday, and I just wandered around a lot for quests. So, the play time is long and the understanding of the game is insufficient. No matter how much I looked around "Outlaw Station", I couldn't find a "multitool technology trader". I realized later that there was no "multitool technology trader" in "Outlaw Station".
So I activated another mission to solve this, and then arrived at another Space Station. Then I pressed "GHOSTS IN THE MACHINE" again. I found a "multitool technology trader" at the Space Station there and talked to them, but the mission objective is on another planet, so I can't break the quest. Because the damn quest mark still points to "Outlaw Station". This is a problem that cannot be solved alone.

My quest is blocked here again, and it has already been saved. Calling up manual save didn't help, as I've been to several Space Stations and other places to troubleshoot.
I guess I'm screwed Damn Outlaw. The planet Outlaw is full of Outlaw. If I landed on the ground because of the quest, they attacked me, and these guys eventually succeeded in tormenting me. Apollo asked me to contact you, but I'm stuck here and can't proceed any further.

Now I can't find Artemis? I heard that the goal is to go to the center of the universe, do I have to start over to get to the center of the universe? But this save file is precious. Because I have a cute rhinoceros beetle pet.

I don't know if I understand your chaotic writing well (don't be offended) but if you are stuck because you can't find the alien at the pirate space station, you could go far away in the galaxy and in the LOG menu you'll see some red warp icon indicating you've travelled too far from the quest location. At this point you can press middle mouse button to reset the quest. You would have to redo a part of it, but it will move to another location in the galaxy and hopefully point you at a non-pirate system.

As to how to go to another galaxy - ask Polo in anomaly for black hole coordinates, get a go to the system with a black hole, get some cheap ship that it's ok to sell immediately after the jump and jump. If you jump using your main ship, you risk some tech being damaged and annoy you even more, so I advise you to get a cheap ship that will be OK even if it will have something destroyed after the jump through the black hole.

You could also join a stranger on a mission at anomaly, there you will be transported to the other player's region of the galaxy. Go to the space station so that you can teleport there afterwards, when the joint mission ends.

If I didn't answer your question, feel free to write in detail exactly at which part you're stuck, what is written in the lower right of your screen when the quest 'ghost in the machine' is selected in the LOG, maybe I (or anyone) will understand your problem better. Anyway, you most likely won't need to restart the whole game.

Oh, my God! As advised, I received the black hole coordinates and rode the black hole. It tells you that you can reset it by pressing the middle mouse button, so after looking around, I was able to find it in the quest section. I pressed the middle mouse button and the quest reset. Fortunately, there was no technical damage to the ship, and now I can proceed with the quest again.
This is a new discovery since I found out that I can switch perspective in 3rd person by pressing the x key, and I really appreciate the help!!!:laughing_yeti:
