How do I travel to a specific planet?

I found a rare planet on my expedition character, how do I travel to that planet on my main account?

have your E character record the glyphs of that planet and share them with your main character.

You can use the signal booster and record the numbers in the display- it is essentially a digital version of the glyphs. There are online tools to switch the digital display to glyphs or vice versa. Probably easiest method would be to travel there via portal.

It will only get you to a planet with a portal in the system...but it should be pretty easy to establish the actual planet you want once you are there. (assuming the portal planet is not the right one)

You can also go into Camera View, and take a snap shot The Glyphs for that planet will be in the Lower Left of the Pic.

The easiest way is just to use Photo Mode, as you don't have to build anything, or convert any numbers to glyphs. Photo mode will display the glyphs but will NOT record them when snapping a picture. To record the glyphs, you have to either (1) write it down on paper, (2) use some other screenshot mode. Steam's built in screenshot mode is the easiest, "f12" is the default key for it. Most computers also have a Windows screenshot mode, but that is not as good since the numbering or naming may be screwy . Steam automatically dates and timestamps each screenshot which is the best way.

You *do* know how to use the glyphs in the relic portals, right? The glyph address is entered into the dialing device, but the dialing device needs to be refueled first. If you don't have glyph capability yet, you have to get the glyphs first, and there are 16 of them you need to collect first.
