Expanding the Base Quest in NMS Beyond

Do you know where to start the Expanding the Base Quest with the new NMS Beyond Update? I am doing the Artemis and Atlas ones but no sign of that quest so far.

You mean the one where you have to recruit NPCs for your base? Just keep doing the artemis mission until you contact Apolo, then he will give you the mission to build the first control panel or whatever is called and recruit the first NPC.

Yea do the awakening quest it will lead on to Ghost in the machine where you will get the first terminal , the overseer.

I havent seen that mission yet and I feel I am a pretty good ways into the game.

awakening is one of the first missions you get , after the tutorial. its where you firs meet artemis, which then will lead to ghost in the machine, build the mind arc etc.
