At this point in the questline there are two tasks that have to be completed. The first is to turn in the Mind Arc construction mission to -null-. This happens at a communications tower and is basically a "yup, I did that" kind of thing. As soon as you turn it in, you get the option to talk to Artemis (also at a communication tower) where you can use the Mind Arc on them and complete that part of the mission. The next stage happens at the Anomaly.
Sending you to the space station and then back to base is just plain weird since neither location is associated with any part of the mission. Glitch that needs to be patched to get it back to functionality?
first make sure you have the mission selected.
second, mission icons that appear on the teleporter, appear on all planets in that system. don't ask why , they just do.
3rd, teleporters are not portals. there is a seperate device called a portal.
4th make sure youre not seeing an icon inside the space station that is actually outside in the system somewhere.
5th, the place your are at, should not appear on the list of places to go to in the teleporter list. I think that's a bug.
good luck
still no luck stuck in some kind of loop i cannot find Artemis
You then have the option to restart the most recent part of the mission using nearby structures.
After you step through the first portal and, uh, stuff happens, you end up in a system far from where you started, maybe even across the galaxy. You can use that to your advantage in getting out of range of the mission, even it if takes a little guesswork with your Discovery page and a teleporter, or just trial and error.
When you have the option to reset, just hover the cursor over the title of the mission and hold down the button/key you are instructed to hold. On mouse and keyboard it used to be center mouse button, though that may have changed. On Oculus Touch, press and hold down the right stick.
P.S. The bug seems to be that the game both does and does not recognize that you have the mind arc in your inventory. When you reset the mission, it should check your inventory first.
OMG THX YOU IT WORKED
Strangely enough the quest marker pointed to the next system then.
