Can to planets collide in this and explode?
I went out into space to explore new planets and when I came back to my home planet I thought to my self. "wait a minute, there was never a plent this close to my planet" Is this a code red emergancy? Should I dispatch all Eva Units?

I’d like to see the planets get eaten by the black holes.

I don't think they do anything. I don't even think there is an orbit system in this game.

Planets never move, and don't even rotate.

Unless something seriously catastrophic occurred to literally knock a planet out of its orbit, why would you think they'd collide? I do agree that some ringed worlds have moons in the wrong positions that cause the ring to unnaturally clip through the moon.
