Multiplayer is P2P site ?

I think multiplayer mode dont have any servers or something like this. It is only P2P site between 32 players like in GTA 5, so there is possible chance that players who have weird issues around and in Nexus is caused bad connection... like in others P2P games where all ppl sharing data between them. If it's not P2P site it will be better but i think the reason why we have 32ppl max in instance is cuz P2P site. This can be answer for people who play in big group of ppl and have weird issues in game...
