Guns?

Does this game have guns? Like can you hunt? Shoot players? How does it work, or is it just exploring and farming?

you can equip your multi-tool with an array of weapons and you can shoot other players when able to. Even in your ship.

You have guns, mostly for mining and defense. You can shoot people if you want, but the game has the option to turn off damage entirely.
If you are looking for a combat heavy game, this is not that.

hand-to-hand combat is available too. be sure to go VR to the nexus and punch your fellow travellers to death.

Yeah, your multitool is used as your mining device, scanning device, and weapon. You can deal damage with the mining laser, but adding weapons like your typical shotgun, assault rifle, charge-style beam weapon, grenade launcher, and more can help you more easily bring down creatures and the robotic sentinel threats.

Ah ok! thanks for the info, I was wondering if the game had those types of guns
