Even a relatively hardened VR veteran can get motion sick when the framerate is janky and you're getting a lot of reprojected frames causing the view to warp and shift
If this isn't OP's first rodeo, and he doesn't usually get VR sickness, I'd suggest he go look at some of the optimisation guides and try improve his system performance. It may be that is the underlying cause.
If OP *is* new to VR then, as other's have said, you need to spend more time in VR and/or consider using the comfort features like vignettes, snap turning and teleportation so you develop the requisite adaptations (like defocusing when turning like you do subconcioussly in reality). It may also be you're one of the unlucky small percent of people who just can't do VR without getting horribly nauseous too.
I am sorry you do not have the capacity to look into the distinct possibility your pc is not setup in order the game run smoothly. Look i have had many issues over the last couple of years with VR but this game just ran out of the box well for me. Dont have to be silly about it man.
Maybe you are trying to run everything in max and that is an issue? or maybe you have loads of other programes in the background running which is drawing power needed to run VR well.
Maybe you just are not suited to this game but attacking anyone who is only trying to give you some ideas is very childish
You have never used it before, or if, then not as much as in no man's sky.
First eyes start to ache because your eyes are not used to focus on so much different ♥♥♥♥ there is going on the screen.
Forehead starts to burn, because your headset is too tight around your head. ( Good trick to fix that is to wear some winter hat, then put your headset on and not tight way, winter hat should hold it enough tight. )
You start to feel like losing your balance? Maybe it is because you stand up? Try siting, set your headset virtual hight lower, the higher you are, the more your brain tries to keep balance where it really does not need to do it at all.
All those worked for me. You need train your self to handle VR step by step.
