Go to "Network & Voice" settings then turn off the "Multiplayer" this will resolve the crashing issue.
Unfortunately we have to wait for a good fix before fully go Multiplayer on PC.
Is multiplayer just broken on pc?
Thanks for the advice, but I turned it off since launch, to be able to navigate the Nexus :p
Unfortunately many players report on PC if they turn on the multiplayer game crashes. It happens especially in Nexus tho.
Oh.. Turning of actually resolved my whole crashing issue, seems like you've something else. That still bring us to "We need a wholesome fixing patch" :D
I build tower bases that get up to a substantial height. I finished one tower last night. Today, I go in and find my Base terminus portal isn't working, so I remove it. When I go to put it back down, I get the Construction Limit Reached Issue, despite the fact that I just REMOVED something.
Here's the thing. If I go down a few floors, directly underneath the portal I don't get that error, I can still build things. If I go up a single floor, directly above the portal, I still get the error, but if I move one large prefab room length away, I don't get that error.
The Construction Limit Reached error appears to be localized to a specific area when it occurs, at least in my case.
You can test it by adding the same item (a light for example) on another. Depending on the complexity level you set in Settings, you'll be able to put items. If Ultra for example, you'll be able to ~30 - 50 but if low or mid you'll be able to put ~10
However I believe certain objects has some "construction point" namely they take more place than others and depending on this point / size you are able to put less or more objects.
I can't argue about Hello Games' design choice here but I think we need a numeric interface that can show us "how much limit we've left" what do you think?
